24/7 Tactical Operations Center (TOC) & Comms Mesh

Continuous real-time movement monitoring, satellite fleet telematics, emergency incident dispatch, and daily situational intelligence across all 34 provinces of Afghanistan since 2004.

Command & Telemetry

The Nerve Center of Sediqi's Security Operations

Located within a fortified, bomb-resistant compound in Kabul, the SSS Tactical Operations Center (TOC) functions as the nerve center for all field personnel, client motorcades, and compound guard forces. Operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without pause since 2004, the TOC is manned by battle-tested operations controllers and bilingual intelligence dispatchers.

Redundant Power & Telecommunications Infrastructure

The Kabul TOC is completely autonomous from local municipal grids, sustained by synchronized dual industrial diesel generators, a high-capacity solar inverter bank, and redundant satellite connections (Inmarsat BGAN and Starlink).

Core Capabilities of the TOC

FUNCTION 01 • LIVE SATELLITE FLEET TELEMETRY

Real-Time GPS Tracking & Geo-Fencing

Every convoy vehicle and executive close protection officer transmits continuous GPS telemetry to our multi-screen command console. Automated alerts trigger immediately if a vehicle deviates from surveyed safe routes or halts unscheduled for more than 120 seconds.

FUNCTION 02 • SATELLITE & RADIO MESH

Triple-Redundant Communications

Integration of Codan High-Frequency (HF) transceivers for long-range cross-country convoy links, Motorola DMR digital VHF repeaters across Kabul and provincial capitals, and handheld Iridium satellite push-to-talk phones.

FUNCTION 03 • INTELLIGENCE & SITUATION REPORTS

Daily Countrywide Security SITREPs

Our intelligence desk synthesizes local reports, traffic blockages, security checkpoints, weather conditions, and regional tensions to produce tailored daily 07:00 SITREPs for client security directors.

FUNCTION 04 • INCIDENT ESCALATION & CASEVAC

Emergency Response & Medical Dispatch

Upon receipt of an emergency beacon, the TOC controller immediately dispatches the designated Quick Reaction Force (QRF), alerts the nearest trauma medical clinic, and establishes direct liaison with Afghan emergency authorities.
